This project was a remodel of an older waterfront home. The seating area you see here was actually a screened in porch which was turned into a banquet style breakfast nook to take advantage of the Great Peconic Bay views. The laundry room color was a cool blue used to incorporate the water a few feet away. Lots of hidden storage options hidden behind retractable doors including easy access to a coffee bar.
